2、 Precautions before and after pasting metal carved boards

1. Check and treat the base layer, check the condition of the original exterior wall tiles, and ensure that the construction wall surface is free of cracks, dust, hollowing, peeling, lime explosion, and old coatings with poor adhesion.

2. Use ink lines to snap vertical and horizontal reference lines on the wall according to the drawing.

3. After pasting the external wall metal hanging plate, use self-tapping screws to install and fix the mechanical fasteners on the base. The fasteners are installed from the middle of the ruler, with a spacing of 300~500mm, and 6-8 pieces per square meter. Increase the height difference of the external pressure adjusting plate joints.

4. Do not use excessive force when installing the inner and outer anchors to avoid damaging the plate surface.

5. Mix the special adhesive paste according to the specified proportion, stir it evenly with an electric mixer, and then start to paste the exterior wall hanging plate. The diameter of each coating point is 150mm, and there are not less than 8 points per square meter. Leave a 15mm gap between the plates to adjust the installation error. When installing decorative panels, the left and right, up and down deviations should not be greater than 1.5mm, and this material has a wide range of applications.
